As part of the digitalization roadmap, a comprehensive audit was conducted, and a 3-year action plan for the digitalization and automation of processes was created. The main goals and outcomes of the project were to identify bottlenecks in information management and production processes that could be resolved through digitalization, integrations, and automation. Based on the proposals, an action plan was developed along with a return on investment calculation to increase production volume, improve efficiency, and enhance the company's profitability. The project was co-funded by the European Union. The creation of the digitalization roadmap was supported with €9,999.50.
